This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Townhome, is on the 2nd floor and had zero flooding from Ian. The only damage to this unit from the storm were the screens were blown out on the lanais. The kitchen, living and dining room and 1/2 bath and laundry are on the first floor and the two bedrooms, plus two full baths are upstairs and is enhanced by the beautiful wood flooring. This unit boasts two screened lanais, one off the living room and the other off the spacious master, where you actually have VIEWS of the GULF from your screened lanai!
